Terms of Use

These terms cover the FiveM resources (“scripts”) sold by Scorpio Development. By buying or using a script you agree to them.

1. Who sells the scripts

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record. Tebex sells the license to you, handles billing, sales tax and payment disputes, and its own checkout terms apply to the purchase. These terms describe how you may use the script itself.

2. What you get

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script. It is granted to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout and delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster. Scripts are protected by Cfx Asset Escrow and run only on servers whose license key belongs to that account.

3. What you may do

  • Run the script on servers that use your Cfx.re account’s license keys.
  • Edit the open files (configuration, framework bridge, custom hooks and locales) to fit your server.
  • Show the script on your server, in videos and on streams.

4. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, sublicense, upload or give away the script or any part of it, modified or not.
  • Try to remove, bypass or reverse engineer the escrow protection.
  • Publish modified versions or use the script’s code in other resources you distribute.
  • Claim the script as your own work.

Breaking these rules ends your license. We may ask Tebex and Cfx.re to revoke the asset and remove you from our Discord.

5. Updates

Updates to a script you own are free. New versions are delivered through Keymaster and listed in our Discord changelog. We decide what goes into an update and may stop updating a script, for example when the platform it depends on changes beyond repair.

6. Support

Support is provided through tickets on our Discord server. We support the frameworks, inventories and targets listed on each script’s page. We can’t guarantee help with conflicts caused by heavily modified code or other resources, but we’ll tell you what we find.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. A chargeback or payment dispute ends the license for the disputed purchase.

8. No warranty

Scripts are provided “as is”. We test them on clean framework installations, but every server is different. Keep backups of your server and database. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, downtime or other indirect damage caused by using a script.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought a script continues to apply to that purchase.
