Refund Policy

Our scripts are digital products. They are delivered to your Cfx.re Keymaster right after payment and can be downloaded immediately, so purchases are not refundable once they have been delivered.

At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase, as allowed for digital content under EU consumer law. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country that can’t be waived.

Before you buy

Every script page lists the supported frameworks, inventories, targets and requirements, and the installation guide is public. If you are not sure whether a script fits your server, open a pre-sale ticket on our Discord and ask first.

If something is wrong

• The script doesn’t work on a supported setup: open a support ticket. We’ll fix the problem or help you configure it.
• You never received the script, or it went to the wrong Cfx.re account: open a purchase ticket with your Tebex order number (tbx-…).
• You were charged twice or charged by mistake: contact us or Tebex. Duplicate and erroneous charges are refunded.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback ends the license for that purchase and the asset may be revoked from your Keymaster.
