Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Scorpio Development processes when you visit this website, buy a script or use our Discord server. We collect as little as we can.

This website

  • Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, browser, the page you requested and the referring page. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure. They are deleted after 14 days.
  • Your cart. Your browser’s local storage keeps the ID of your Tebex basket so your cart survives a page reload. Nothing else is stored, and the ID is removed after checkout.
  • No cookies, analytics or ads. We don’t track you across pages or sites. Fonts are served from our own server.

Purchases

Prices, the cart and checkout are provided by Tebex Limited. To show prices for your country and build your cart, your browser connects to Tebex directly, which sees your IP address. At checkout Tebex collects your name, email, country, postal code and payment details, and you sign in with your Cfx.re account so the script can be delivered to your Keymaster. Tebex is responsible for that data as an independent controller under its privacy policy.

From Tebex we receive the order details we need to deliver and support your purchase: order number, products, price, country, your Cfx.re username and the contact details you entered. We never see your card or payment details.

Discord

If you join our Discord server, Discord processes your data under its own privacy policy. Our bot stores your Discord user ID for open tickets, keeps transcripts of closed tickets in a private staff channel and sends you a copy. When you verify a purchase, we store which order number was used by which Discord account so one order can’t verify several accounts.

Why we process data

  • To deliver and support what you bought (performance of a contract).
  • To keep the website and Discord secure and prevent abuse of order verification (legitimate interest).
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Some order data must be kept for accounting. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
